G-SHOCK has updated its G-LIDE series with the new models that integrate night navigation interfaces to the GBX-100.

Designed for surf enthusiasts, the new models – GBX-100NS-1ER and GBX-100NS-4ER – arrive equipped with the ability to display vital surf data in real time, including times and high tide levels. and low tide. The watch arrives connected to a phone application that allows the wearer to choose from approximately 3,300 locations around the world for obtaining ocean information.

Inside the watch screen, a high-resolution MIP LCD screen provides maximum readability and enables a unique graphical display of tides, lunar data, and sunrise and sunset times. With durability at the forefront of its design, G-SHOCK has made sure to protect these updated models with a protective structure capable of withstanding impacts from all angles.

Enclosing the details of the design, the bezel – composed of a combination of resin and metal – mixes fine and softened surface finishes for a refined appearance in black and copper tones. The timepiece is nestled in a thick ribbed bracelet with subtle iconography that attaches securely to the wrist, eliminating any risk of losing the watch in the water.

Both models will be available for purchase at G-SHOCK website for £ 159.00 GBP in early July.

Elsewhere in the watch business, Seiko and Rowing Blazers have teamed up to create three limited-edition Seiko 5 sports watches.
